DAISY NAIL BAR POLICIES
Services Are Non- Refundable
You must inquire about the price before receiving the service. Once you agree to pay, you can not sue or request a refund.
The purpose of this policy is to advise you, as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from Daisy Nail Bar and the steps and procedures that can be taken if you, the customer, are not satisfied with the services you receive from Daisy Nail Bar

REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES
We understand that external factors may cause you to experience issues with your nail care services, such as broken or chipped nails, and that our quality guarantee policies may cover those issues.

QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICIES
Nail Fix ( Gel Polish on nails or toes, Dip Powder, Nail Enhancement )
If your nails become scratched or misshaped, we will fix them if you notify the salon where you received the service within 24 hours of the service.
If you need to have your nails fixed that was not done at DAISY NAIL BAR, you will be subject to paying for the nail fix.
A gel is a long-lasting polish that we guarantee for seven (7) days only. If your gel polish chips within seven (7) days, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a fix.
We guarantee dip powder for seven (7) days. If your dip powder chips within seven (7) days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you.
Enhancements are guaranteed for seven (7) business days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first seven (7) days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after seven days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $5+ each.

HEALTH ISSUE
If you have diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other relevant medical conditions, please inform the salon before receiving the service.

GROUP BOOKING
Booking appointments for groups of more than five people requires a 20% deposit. Your deposit will be returned if you cancel 2 days in advance, but you will lose it if you cancel at the last minute.
PUNCTUALITY
Please get in touch with our salon at (636)-265-0768 for a coordinator if you appear to be going to be late for an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than fifteen (15) minutes late, we cannot guarantee the completion of the services booked, but we will make every effort to do so.

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be canceled three (3) hours in advance by calling (636)-265-0768. Please give us at least three (3) hours' notice to allow us to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list.
We completely understand that emergencies occur, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can not make an appointment.
PERSONAL ITEMS
DAISY NAIL BAR is not responsible for personal items damaged in our salons. Please be careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.

PAYMENT METHOD
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Chase, Daisy Nail Bar Gift Card, etc ... are all acceptable tenders for services and products.
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
DAISY NAIL BAR GIFT CARD REFUNDS
No cash advances: You cannot obtain a cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem it for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date ( please call for more information about your expired gift card )
Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards cannot be canceled: You cannot cancel your Gift Card.
REFUNDS
Services are non-refundable.
If you are not happy with your nails, please inform us before you pay. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services, we will redo any service at no cost to you. Please inform us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
As soon as you walk out the salon door, you accept and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason, we will be more than happy to fix it. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any concerns. We're here to help!
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 15-30 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
